Alongside his wife, Carole, Scott opened Scotty’s Cedar Lake Grocery in 1987, creating more than just a store—he helped build a vibrant community in Greenbush. Known for his kindness, humor, and hardworking spirit, Scott touched the lives of countless residents. He will be fondly remembered for his generosity, entertaining stories, and his famous donuts that brought joy to many.
